ভাইয়া প্লিজ প্লিজ কমেন্টের উত্তর টা দিয়েন।স্পাউস ভিসায় আমেরিকার ১০ বছরের গ্রীন কার্ড পেয়েছে এবং পরে ডিভোর্স হয়ে গিয়েছে(মিউচুয়াল ডিভোর্স নয়) এতে করে কি পরবর্তীতে গ্রীন কার্ড এর কোন ক্ষতি হবে? বা সিটিজেন সীপ পেতে কোন সমস্যা হবে কি??

Dear Sir, I am from Bangladesh. My maternal aunt went to usa with spouse visa. she and her husband both of them are us citizen and living in new jersey. she applied f4 visa for my mom in 2013 (which is not approved yet) Currently, I am applying for us f1 visa for my undergrad in montclair state university, new jersey.. Should i need to include them in my ds -160 as relatives? is there any problem if i not mention about them? I will be grateful lf you kindly answer me. May Allah bless you. ❤

Since they applied for your mom and that involves you as a beneficiary then Yes, you should mention this on DS-160 and when asked at the interview.

I feel nervous going to other states except new jersey because my relatives lives there. it will be a great relief for me the presence of them in same state. But i am not willing to stay with them, i am a genuine student who really wants to study there. i picked montclair state university and new jersey institute of technology for application. I heard from many agency that if my relatives lives in usa, i cannot apply to universities where they live because it may lead to visa refusal. i want to go new jersey. is there any way convincing visa officer for that. I am a subscriber of your channel since Boni Amin Sir recommended your channel in his video. it will be so helpful for me if you kindly give your opinion regarding what will be the best solution for my problem.
