Plastic bags needs to be banned, but our leaders don't care, coz it th're companies, & they make alot of money ... Put money/ workers should be paid in time ... Teach pp'le cleaness starting from schools/ Kindergarten ... & we h've to introduce recycling programs to encourage residents ... Put management system ... Put strict rules & regulations to be followed by everyone & be it a single person & any organisation & any govt authorities ... We can set-up community clean-up events in every district we're by residents come together & collect trash in every mor'ng so that even residents who h've to go to work can participate & later wining district should be given a prize
