Buti pa sila, parliamentary form of govt. Kung kelangan may amendment sa 1987 Constitution, e ano kaya, palitan na rin yang luma na napakagastos at inefficient presidential system ng govt natin.

Ok, so be it. Question? WHO is PAYING for EXPENSES of their autonomous region? Who is paying for their parliament? Parliament members? un mga employees nila. Sino magbabayad ng pagawa ng mga building nila? mga utilities nila? transportation (vehicles? gasoline/diesel? oil? maintenance? mechanics? repairs? spare parts? garage? )? electricity/water? office supplies, autonomous region hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, medicines, and so on. Sino Magbabayad? Meron ba silang sariling BIR sakop ang kanilang autonomous region? Ok. no prob. Question ko ay sino Magbabalyad ng gastos nila? Thanks

Autonomous nga, they are given powers and control to their jurisdiction by the BOL. It means, there are sectors which BARMM have greater control unlike those present administrative regions.
