No doubt he is amazing and both RM and BTS have been through a lot but there are many other good leaders especially in the k-pop industry as it so hard to survive in this industry and when you are in a group with different people having different point of view it's really hard to be together and at that point it's all upto the leader to carry out everything smoothly . And to make things clear I'm not hating or disrespecting anyone as they really hold a special place in my heart without them I would have been in severe depression. It's just the way things are💜💜💜✨🥺✨💜💜💜

Real leadership is so rare in this world. There are lots of people who are given the role of a leader but they don't have the skill, competence and spirit of a leader. RM has all three. He treats his team like people he cares for instead of products to be used to further his success. He seems to care for each of them as individuals instead of caring about them as a marketable group. It's such a true brotherhood. As a Baby Army it makes me so happy to see the love on his face and in his voice when he interacts with his brothers.
