Tinapa is a Filipino fish dish cooked or preserved through the process of smoking. It is a native delicacy in the Philippines and is often made from galunggong, tawilis, or bangus... this recipe is a Bangus Tinapa cooked in a DIY smooker.
Ingredients:
2 pcs 600gms each bangus
1 liter water
1/4 cup rock salt
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1/3 cup rice
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 pcs tea bags
