The mighty Banham M2002 on loan from my good friend Andy in the UK. This lock has twelve pins which are directly opposed and penetrate entirely through the key to touch in the middle. At any time six pins extend into the shear line, keeping the lock closed. I had to develop a "reverse picking" technique to finally get it opened.
+APACHE-LOCKSPORT beat me to this one by a few months... Nice work mate!: • Video

Great video. My husband and I are going to purchase some of there locks for our house the next time we visit the UK. They are classy looking locks compare to the door locks in the USA. Hopefully we can find them on sale as you mentioned they can be expensive. The engineering and craftsmanship is amazing. God bless 🙏

Amazing pick man! Great job. I was staring so hard at the lock I didn't even realize you put a trivia question in the video lol! (I'm not trying to enter anyway) Again, awesome work!

Thanks so much my friend! This one sure took a little while to get used to. Very tricky and the opposite of everything we have learned to do, LOL.

You and me both man! Sadly, I don't have to tools to make the tools that would be required to pick the F3D. When the day comes I have a mill and a lathe, maybe. It's a ways off though.

If you liked that Lock try the keso omega 2000/4000. They are quite similar to that one.

I am impressed with your lockpicking skills. I have 7 Abloy padlocks with classic cores (half moon type) that are locked and I have no keys. I believe they are keyed differently. If I send them to you, would you be willing to pick them open and return them to me (at my expense)? If you would like to be paid, how much would you charge per lock?
@tumbl3r
@tumbl3r 7 жыл бұрын
I currently do not know how to pick Abloy cores. The only two people I know of who do are Huxleypig69 and LockpickingMX. I would be happy to do it for you if I were able, but I have just not developed that skill yet.

Great work, what an incredible lock. Im guessing this is similar to the Sargent Keso. Might have to try some of your techniques on it and maybe ill get it open for once. Thanks for the great tips. PS, its the master Huxleypig69

Thanks man! This one was a pretty long road. Very tricky pick, mostly because it's just opposite everything we have trained ourselves to do, LOL.

No, I have three in my house. 2 on the front door and one on the back. Quite costly though, around £1200 GBP +tax fitted

Doesnt seem too different from a Keso 2000, however the cylinder offers no anti snap carbide joint connector, making it hard to justify such price.

There is also the very high-end L2000 rim lock which uses the same key.

Interesting. I didn't know there was a different variant of this. It's exactly the same lock core?
