I have never felt so emotional watching restoration video but had tears in my eyes for most of it, and cried openly in others. Peter and Nikki have taken this derelict mill and returned it to a structure of beauty again. What a magnificent testimony and commemoration to the love of one couple, and a husband's strength in completing their dream restoration. George Clarke did Nikki’s memory proud in this episode. He brought his sensitivity and compassion in telling the story of the project and the couple that had the courage to tackle it, while the construction teams worked hard to give Nikki some very fond memories before she passed. R.I.P. Nikki. You are much loved.

I had no idea that I'd be crying today, but yep, that happened. What a gorgeous place though.

This is one of the saddest things I've ever watched. Also one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen. All my love to that family.

One small quibble: Don't Brits use the term, adaptive reuse? I wouldn't call turning a windpowered flour mill into a house a restoration
