I;ve had several experiences with monitoring spirits before, each time it visits my home is a unique experience. The last time was around November 2023, about 3;30am I heard a odd sound coming from the kitchen area I was half awake and asleep. My bedroom door was open and from my bed I could see straight from the living room to the kitchen then I saw a large shadow that swiftly passed by the living room and went straight to the kitchen area. Once in the kitchen I started hearing movements of opening my kitchen sink and letting the water run and then walking on the kitchen floor.
