Banitsa Pockets || Bulgarian Phyllo Dough Cheese Pockets

Hello Friends! Welcome to another episode of my cooking rubric! Today I will share with you a personal recipe of mine for phyllo dough cheese pockets inspired by the traditional Bulgarian Banitsa.
Ingredients:
Stuffing 00:30
2 tbsp whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp ricotta
100 gr. feta cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
400 gr (4 pieces) mozzarella cheese or provolone
1 pack phyllo dough
2 tbsp olive oil

These look so yummy!!! I've never tried them with mozzarella cheese inside. This is such a good idea. I always make them the traditional way with feta cheese and eggs only. Now, I have to try these pockets with mozzarella cheese. 💕
