Very well made house & d art gallery type interiors complimented d wall art & d art features quite nicely…… But the two narrators messed d whole video……dey do not understand modern exposed concrete interiors & were confused what & why things were where dey were…..

the heights of wall varies, as the ceiling is not same height.

Sky light is best thing.. second best gray walls, high ceilings, double height areas, courtyards, big windows.. But layout is what I couldn’t understand.. the house looks more like museum to me.. lighting fixtures are on and off... i couldn’t figure out how much practical and functional all the spaces are. I won’t be comfortable living in such a house but guess what it’s not my house either.. 😂 the one who owns it knows more of it.

The documentary architects are clueless about the architecture of the house and have been unable to notice the details. They have been unable to grasp the architecture and style of the place. Disappointed 😞 how they have ruined the video.

we understand your concerns sir, but it's very difficult to point on every details in every project, otherwise one house video can reach to 3-4 hours of tours.

@@Banjaiga You are absolutely wrong. And no one wants 3-4 hours video either. This work requires planning and research. Important points need to be put to the audience. But since these two feel so lost themselves, they have no insight that they can provide to the viewer. Let your presenters look around first to gather stuff that they can say to the camera. If the presenters knew what they have to say, this tour wouldn't take more than 30 mins. C'mon you guys are pros; this should be done in a better way.

how a designer architect does the thing like this @ 10:19 ??? the edge of wall.....................no logical contrast between different architectural themes n languages is seen in this project,,, i think that both the client and Architect made 50/50 deal for this project.........

For God's sake, in which dictionary have you found the word “Powder Room”? It is called the guest washroom. However, if it is a public building or a public place, you can choose the word “Powder Room” instead of a female Toliet if you like but again you must provide them the powder 😂, But not into someone's private house.

One suggestion to all property presenters on TV or KZbin: please do a tour or two of the property BEFORE you shoot the actual video (and maybe talk to owners / developers to get some sense of the background). Look at these two presenters here: they look totally clueless when walking through different zones, they don't really know what to talk about and it makes this whole video quite weird. And I am not the only one in comments section saying this.

The architects reviewing the house are lost and don't have any knowledge of different styles of architecture. they have missed the floor and roof details associated with the style. Calling the firepits tanki and passing silly remarks. They look like lost children. I'm disappointed in their lack of knowledge
