If you're having trouble with keeping the alien alive, a vehicle that's just a trolley with a box instead of a tray and a chunk of body pieces to use as a lid makes it really easy. Start mission, drop the alien inside, modify vehicle to close the lid, drive directly off the side of the beanstalk into the water.

Hey Scykoh, take your vehicle "orange" and flip the front two wings so they face backwards and slap some gyroscopes on it. Drive forward with it and open the wings after gaining speed, then try a slow-ish backflip the gyroscopes. You won't regret trying it if the glitch works for you too. It should attain superspeed.

Upon closer inspection, I can confirm that Scykoh is right. That wasn't a leaf of any kind, it was actually the ceiling. As for the nachos, I'm not really a big fan of cheese myself, but food is food regardless.
