Kazooie is so goddamn overpowered it's amazing. I have to wonder how badly she'd break the first Banjo-Kazooie, but I don't know if the modding scene has brought levels over between games. Fun Fact: The Jinjo behind the steaming waterfall is the only time in the entire game that you're required to use Wonderwing. I'm fairly certain Stomping Plains can be done without Wonderwing even if you don't have the health regen cheat. Said cheat also removes the entire point of Nap Pack, so you can collect everything in the game without learning the move. And now that you have basically infinite health, you can be as reckless as you want.

No one’s gonna get that Lord of the Rings reference, Lucah? I beg to differ. I remember the siege of Helm’s Deep. If the wall is breached, it’ll fall, but let’s be honest: no one’s gonna have the fortitude or patience to breach the walls of Hailfire Peaks’ Lava Side, not when there’s a dragon spitting fireballs at you. I swear, no matter how many times I watch gameplay of this place, that dragon roar that tells you you’re about to be bombarded jump-scares me every time. Still, this is a pretty cool demonstration of the link between Tooie’s worlds, the kickball stadium of Mayahem Temple and Hailfire Peaks’ colosseum sharing a passage. Probably the only time you can bring a transformation from one world into another.

I'd recommend getting the Boss Jiggy as soon as you can. The game doesn't quite explain this to you iirc, but you need to lure the shots from the dragon guys to a specific area on each side to actually get to it. It's required to do, and it doesn't help that eventually they stop shooting until you trespass across a certain area again. Doing this will also help you get the Jiggy that Banjo is currently stuck at, as well as let you get Kazooie's new move (which is my personal favorite move in the game) The Icicle Grotto tunnel you were in by the fake Jinjo actually only has one collectible, and it's the Cheato Page you saw. You are supposed to climb up with Banjo+Kazooie, but Kazooie can technically get it by herself if you shoot a Clockwork upward. I think you need to stand on an ice cube to get it, so just be careful not to destroy it if you want to get it with her

The name of the kickball achievement, "They think it's all over" is a phrase deeply embedded in English popular culture. In the 1996 FIFA World Cup (the last, and only, time England won it - or even got to the final), at the end of extra time, with England leading 3-2, some fans invaded the pitch to begin celebrating, as the commentator spoke "Some people are on the pitch. They think it's all over..." and then England striker, Geoff Hurst, scored another goal "It is now!" I know other people have also mentioned this, but it may be worth turning off Honeyback before letting Humba transform you in this world - at least on the N64 version, the cheat makes it difficult to transform back (I don't know if they've changed it for XBox) so you can get soft-locked and have to quit and reload.

16:50 So, you were on the right track. The prefix you have to type in is "CHEATO*cheat goes here*." You only have to type the cheat in backwards if it's a normally acquired cheat (homing, getjiggy, or a cheato cheat) that you haven't earned yet. So you would just put in CHEATONESTKING. However, you were right, that would make you unable to save so you probably shouldn't do it.

You know in hindsight with that Jiggy you get for Hailfire from the Stomping Grounds, that's kinda shitty. Imagine if you put off going back for that Jiggy and did Hailfire like normal, you'd come up one short. Every backtrack jiggy I believe has a telegraph to let you know about it. The boulder in Mayhem, the shoes in Glitter Gulch, the fat kid in Witchyworld, Tiptup in Jolly Roger, Drippy in Terrydactyland, the Toxic water in Grunty. Not the most straightforward, but at least you can hit a brick wall and realize it can't be done. Here you'd have to be lucky enough to fly past the enclosed cave, which would make you think there's an entrance in either the Lava or Ice side of Hailfire and spend an abnormal amount of time trying to find it

Having Honeyback active on Hailfire Peaks will probably turn out to be a mixed blessing, as I'm sure some folks have pointed out, there's a possible softlock that I don't know if it has been changed in the Xbox version, but Wumba's transformation is a snowball whose size is linked with their health, and a constantly regaining health can make that problematic and you can easily get stuck in places if you linger around. If you're on the ice side with no means of losing health to shrink back down you can actually become stuck and have to Save and Quit restart the game. It may have been fixed so Honeyback just doesn't work with the snowball though, I don't know. I look forward to seeing that become a problem possibly in this playthrough.

A day late but I knew some people probably want the Honeyback cheat off, I'd like to make my own personal request to NEVER take it off lol. Though if you only do it for certain things that's fine, all up to you! It made this world so much more fun for me though, case in point the volcano. (As a side note, I actually did that room with BANJO alone since double jump + ledge grabbing worked very well) It is fun to play Kazooie on her own though, not sure what it is. Just her small size and movement. You might say she's quick and nimble when she needs to be.

So I'm wondering. In the last game the camel said he was going to a lava world. Was it a reference to this one?

Yeah. The thing about that was that Banjo-Kazooie was _supposed_ to have one more world after ClickClock Wood, being a Lava world. Whether due to time constraints or lack of storage space, the Lava world in Banjo-Kazooie was scrapped and moved to this game.

The one who keeps attacking you outside are dragons, that's why I still want Kazooie in that form. So you're dealing with Blue Eyes White Dragon and Red Eyes Black Dragon

The Fire Imps on carpets can be killed by ice eggs or the Rat a tat rap. Also there's a very mean Fake Jinjo in this world, I'm not going to say where he is but let's just say before I collected all the Jinjos for the first time almost 20 years ago, he was the color of one I needed and I thought he was real and fail. 40:21 To be specific it was this one. Yeah... I figured he was fake but I really couldn't find the other Jinjos.

Funny thing is. That really was an anti stomp cheat. Because when you get to the hole, you auto heal, and just run to the next hole.

Hell fire peaks is another mix world for me. I hate and love this place. I hate this place because of the dragons…and when you had to get banjo up to that ledge I had a hard time seeing that grip grab ledge as well to the point where I thought you had to jump to the other chain.

There's a Jinjo in Spiral Mountain for whatever reason won't show up on the totals menu until after you collect it. It's underwater.
