Yes you can change the debit account by requesting your bank from where you have taken the loan. They will change the account and also for a time being you deposit cash in the loan account (if allowed by bank) so that you wont miss the EMI.

Your friends source of income was not authenticate that's why your account has been put on hold. Now you need to talk to IO (whosoever is assigned to you) and provide him the necessary documents so that he removes the debit freeze from your account.

Debit card maine parmanent block karwa diya taki koyi bhi charge na kate, iske alaba koyi dikkat hoga kya ? Main govt job ka preparation kar raha hoon. NB: main kabhi bhi aise online games, online task, gambling nhi khelta hoon. Jo chota mota game hota hai bina paise ka, bas wahi khelta tha, wo bhi rare. Actually my cousin ek CSC chalata hai, usne mujhe 34k bejha tha. Uske bad hold lag gya.

This is the usual process of cyber cell because many times cyber cell also get wrong complaints thats why they have started freezing victim account as well. So in your case you need to meet your IO personally and request them to unfreeze the account,
