Sometimes you get surprises fishing water you know. I caught a walleye a few weeks ago out of a lake that I have fished for years. Big surprise. I would have never have thought they were in there till I caught that one.

When the bites are slow I always fish with worms. Nothing beats a worm. I caught my biggest catfish last Saturday just fishing for bluegill with worms.

The situation I’m in right now I pretty much have to fish a tiny creek. They don’t go for most lures even though they’re big enough, and they’re kinda stunted and overcrowded. The only species in there I’ve seen are longear green sunfish and bullhead. Any obviously the minnows

I absolutely love your videos man! You totally need to do a video of you buying a bait caster and trying it out. A good suggestion for an affordable combo would be a kastking megajaws and a medium heavy favorite white bird( the white bird rods are lighter than what they list them as so if you want a medium get a mh)

One suggestion : consider handling the fish smoother when you catch and release to give them a better chance of survival. Also consider barbless hooks. Happy fishing!
