This manager as many walk into restaurants and believe they are better than others. He needed to be FIRED!

I hope that manager learned a valuable lesson. You never know who you’re talking to

To.ppl in the comments..this is US everyday..so we built for it..we just rarely get the opportunity based off of hate, or bias..love this story..

Malcolm handled the situation brilliantly. But Gordon's apology feels more like damage control than genuine regret. Can someone really unlearn years of ingrained biases? 🔥

I was just thinking of a similar experience I had at my local bank. These people are beyond help. Yah saw it. Karma never forgets an address. I have banked there for decades.

Sir you really do these videos with truths and excellence. I love and laugh when the odds turn against the whites(if really their white is real by actual color white) and when they are abruptly challenged and proven by the genuine position and title of the Blackman, they are swept into darkness to learn more about humanity. Great and wonderful stories, keep producing them.

one of those "training and learning opportunity" videos that amount to nothing. When should people be held accountable for their actions and painful prejudices? What is there to review? This is a case of summary dismissal. If 15 years' worth of experience has not taught a man lto respect others, why should he be trained and given another chance? Where is the justice for all the victims whose pain has been piling up for 15 years? When is it the right time for Justice? I hate these stories! People's lives are destroyed while the perpertrators are the only winners and the victims melt into the dark void of nothingness!

I completely Agree! Gordon should've been FIRED immediately! He clearly didn't learn anything in that 15 yrs working there! Things like this happen everyday in the US!

Ones aggressive tongue takes best and worse out of a person. Just like in the bible, rather than use it to offer words of kindness, grace or encouragement, its like a double edged sword that cuts to the throat.

As a Dane🇩🇰watching these many stories about bias and racism , I wonder and ask , is racism still such a thing a great problem in the American society in 2024?, i try to follow the situation by reading American newspapers nearly daily, but i don’t get That impression? Any comments?

@laisservide3708Ай бұрын
It's called storytelling. You should practice it sometime. Maybe you would find that storytelling is not as easy as you think. Stop belittling other ppl's hard work, especially if you can't venture into that arena.
