What made you move from ecgc to irdai? Please throw some light on that.

ECGC is an insurance company, IRDAI is insurance regulator. Moreover there’s a substantial pay difference.

Not if you want to climb up the ladder to a 5 crore package or something, but if you are happy with a 1.5 lakh salary with small increments, and literally no work pressure, then it's definitely worth it, but it's not easy, only 40 vacancies are there, to pehle exam nikal lo, for sochna worth it h ya ni, 99% chance h ki tme ni sochna padega qki niklega hi ni exam
