H.W. "Neither Nor" 2nd also follow C.P. SOME NOT means ALL as per C.P. All Poor can be class is a possibility. Ans is yes all poor can be class as we don't know the relationship between poor and class. If the ans is Yes in Possibility then conclusion will be WRONG So Neither Nor Please anybody tell if I am wrong.
