BANNED AGAIN - 126 Kill Streak - Battlefield 1 Bomber Gunner

EDIT 1: This account had all ban history removed in Spring 2017 and was effectively whitelisted; the direct result of an hour-long Skype conversation with a DICE producer. I have not played this game since August as my friends and I have moved on altogether.

Here is another outrageous bomber game with myself and the squad. Once again, credit to xTDGxMuffin for the amazing flying. This game footage was taken on 2/17 and the ban/suspension screen was captured on 2/20 right at the start of the night. No rounds had been played on the 18th and 19th. This was my last recorded bomber gunner game. As a result, I will not be playing in the bomber anymore. I still have a lot of bomber games that can be uploaded; just know that this is the most recent (and final) one.
I have mixed feelings on the situation in general. Games like this are so commonplace when you have a coordinated pilot that flies in specific patterns. And that is the thing- people assume all the time that I am hacking or cheating, whether it be in game or in the comment section below. Fact of the matter is that I am a legitimate player and I have never cheated in an online multiplayer game; Battlefield 1 is no exception. Just because my aim is twitchy that automatically makes me a hacker? Clearly, those that constantly complain and call me a hacker have never watched any ESports or any competitive FPS tournaments before.
What really bothers me is the state of FairFight in Battlefield 1. We have all seen “real” hackers in game-players that are getting instant headshot kills with the MG15 from across the map, invisible players, players making their kills in the killfeed appear as a vehicle when they are not, players having “soft” damage buffs, etc. How does FairFight not catch any of this? Rather, how am I being banned for using something that is IN THE GAME? Literally anyone can do what I do. It is an in-game feature. It’s a vehicle that has a high explosive cannon that is being fired down on infantry that cannot be easily nor readily countered save for other planes and AA guns. How are people so naïve?
I could go on and on. Honestly, I am just beating a dead horse at this point. Since my suspension, I have played many games as an infantry player. Contrary to popular belief, I am actually more than decent on the ground (which is further magnified through squad play). I have not received any other in-game suspensions or bans, even though my accuracy and target acquisition is just as good on the ground. So, I won’t be playing in the bomber anymore. FairFight is not designed to track actual cheating in game. Rather, it looks at someone like me, who achieves hundreds of kills through teamwork, and it says “that isn’t possible.”
Funny, because it actually is.

My buddy got banned from all Battlefield games because he figured out how to use the grenade launcher to hit the enemy spawn. No hacks or exploits, just sustained fire on one spot. Going 50-0 made Fairfight ban him permanently on all his battlefield games. Fairfight refuses to repeal the ban because they say their program works right, and the battlefield devs refer you to fairfight if you want to get unbanned. Fairfight is trash. It's not checking for code injection. It's just checking player stats against averages and banning people for doing well.

To help people understand this.. When you've played long enough you learn roughly how many shots from any weapon kills a target, at what distance, what adjustments need to be made etc. It seems like they've done this fairly often, and it's extremely easy to counterbalance the organic movement of the forward motion the plane has with the right amount of sensitivity to stay on target. once you spot something, you make a mental note of where the target is, and then you fire until either the sound notification or until you dropped enough rounds that you know should kill the player. This is an extremely normal game with a well coordinated group. There was nothing fishy about this at all. Knowing the maps and knowing what does what is extremely powerful and seperates your average player from the good ones. If you were dealt the same hand, and had the exact same knowledge of the maps and bullet mechanics etc, you'd have been able to pull off this exact same stunt they did. This was an extremely boring version of how simple it is to be good at the game. Yet, he gets banned just for knowing how to play the game to it's potential. So dumb :P

People that legit think he's hacking obviously haven't gone into the Bomber gunner and if they say they have they're lying their asses off... the bomber gunner is 1) super fuckin OP with crazy damage and 2) ridiculously easy to use... put 1 and 1 together and you get a god gun... I've gotten 50 kills several times while being in a bomber just because that gun has got crazy splash damage, a good fire rate, super damage, and easy as fuck to aim... for real, DICE needs to either get a system that actually locates hacks and not players that do well or balance the fucking game...

The net code feels a bit worse on console to, I've seen my shots hit people on console and don't register as much as they do on PC videos. Another thing to with PC, is they can customize there mouse sensitive so that they have the best recoil control. I personally think the AA needs a balanced nerf. I also think the planes and tanks need balancing. Balance in the sense that they are still good, but you need skill to operate them. Battlefield 4 was a game where vehicles and infantry felt very balanced, but that's mainly because they had a Rock Paper Scissors type system where lots of things could counter the vehicle you were in. You would perform good in certain areas but be weak in others. In Battlefield 1, there's not much to take out vehicles, in regards to what classes have, besides stationary weapons. Most of the assault at gadgets are fitted for close range, so all a decent tank driver has to do is keep a distance and stay in 3rd person to watch out for assaults trying to sneak up and throw grenades. One thing I think they could do is make it so you don't have to be bipoded down with the rocket gun. Honesty, this game isn't very realistic or authentic in the first place, so it would be good if they did that. It's such a delay trying to lay down, get your bipod settled in order to shoot a tank. It would definitely make infantry feel more useful when it comes to vehicles. And that would maybe give it more power in shooting down planes with the rocket gun. If your an infantry player though, what a lot of people don't realize is that it's not hard to adjust your typed of game style to avoid getting killed from vehicles. You see a tank on the street. Don't cross the street. Simple as that. You see a plane making a strafe, don't stand in its sights. I'll tell you, when I drive a tank, I have so many people clueless expose themselves to my front gun. I have people stand right in front of me like I am not going to shoot them. Because of that, when I'm infantry, barely any of my deaths come from vehicles, so they are not a annoyance to me.

This reminds me so much of a great time I had in BF2142. Me and some rando guy both got into a walking tank and stayed on it for the rest of the game. We've formed a natural team instantly, even though we were not communicating through text or voice chat. We've held points, waiting for reinforcements, we've provided covering fire for our teammates rushing through the woods, we've had in-field repairs while we were both outside the tank, one on the torch, other - on the gun. It was the best multiplayer experience I ever had, and I've never seen that guys since.

I have been suspended for 1 week as well, for having a great match just once,i wrote to EA and they told me that i was suspected for cheating..... now i'm unlocked without stat resets because i was not cheating, i met hackers several times i mean obvious aimbot, but i bet they'll never get banned, EA sucks and they lock your game for 1 week and a game that you've paid and it is not cheap, if a player comes from SQUAD and ArmA 3 with your team mates then it's easier killing lot of people that are roaming around without the minimum coordination, but EA locks down the game for suspect cheating, they're ridicolous! i dunno about you but i'm still angry for that 1 week suspension

You used the tool kit provided by the game to kill, you used spotting to mark up targets so you can see them, your pilot flew tight circles using a peripheral the game allows you to use. The gun on the front of the bomber has flak like principles when it hits the ground and you used that to your advantage. All that seems to me like legitimate play. Even a novice gunner with a good pilot can rack up great kill streaks it's not that hard. The one thing I can find fault in your video is that you severely underestimated the butt hurt shitty players get when they get destroyed. Sucks you can't play something you enjoy to compensate for fail players. My condolences.

To be a good gunner in bf4, you need to constantly spot targets for your pilot especially the AA and use ammo wisely and we all know that handling TV guided missiles isn't for noobs. pulling off such a killstreak as a gunner in bf4 definitely requires skill. unlike spamming bullets in bf1 as shown in this video.

the bullets have splash damage and he's marking targets. Marked targets have a big red symbol above their head that basically screams "shoot me" and the Gotha bomber is basically a gunship, that much has been known since the release of the game.

Nah, good hacks dont work like that, with a aoe weapon like this you would use an aim lock, bound to something like a button on the side of your mouse, and not a perfect aim lock, just general area close enough for the explosives to hit around. Add in a distace to target thing as well so you couldnt accidently out yourself by getting kills from across the map. You just hold your aim lock button now and then, not always and when you have a good shot anyway, just dont use it. Its not too easy to spot if you are on the receiving end of it, especially compared to retarded stuff like flying and full headshot aimbotting. Using a broken weapon system like a flying fully auto cannon with an aoe helps as well. But then you would be seeing him getting kills while shooting through the wings where he cant see and having him occasionally snap right onto targets he wouldnt have been able to see.... Oh wait... Its harder to spot in this one, but if you check out his earlier video, the snap to target it pretty obvious.

This used to happen to me from time to time on some servers back in the day when I played Battlefield 1942. I went by "DragonAF5" and anyone that knew me knew that I was just simply one of the best pilots in the game. I could drop bombs through the small windows on a bunker like it was nothing, and destroying a tank in one dive bomb was like second nature. I practically never lost a one on one dog fight, and shooting infantry was like shooting fish in a barrel. My brother and I practically won every CTF match as well because I'd fly above in the fog of war so no one could see me, and had the timing down perfect. As he ran for the flag, I would dive bomb, and right as he grabbed the flag I would be nearly hitting the ground, swooping back up and jumping out so he could hop in and fly the flag back to base to cap. The dive bomb usually created so much speed you could fly half way across the map without any other plane being able to match your speed, let alone any AA to shoot you. Simply knowing how to play a game well, especially from my days in the Battlefield scene gets you banned. It would always make me laugh when I'd go to join a non-EA server to be greeted with a message, "Banned for AIMBOT," or something similar along those lines, but yet PunkBuster never flagged on me. I do miss 1942 though, that was my game. Shooting a dive bombing plane out of the air with a rocket never got old.

Im not hating on the players, they are just using the systems given to them, this is for me more evidence of the games vehicles being broken. Unlimited ammo, unlimited vehicle repairs, and OP spotting. A lot of shooting through the wings and engines too. The game should for balance, have limited ammo on the guns, per gun, repairs are limited to say 1 or 2 small ones, and if you shoot your own plane it is damaged. to compensate for the limited ammo they need to add in a landing zone, for resupply. AA needs to do more damage, as well as LMG's. Its fun game that needs some extra realism added to areas making it fairer and more immersive.

yes i know they would but them being able to never run out of ammo, and having the ability to constantly repair, is not realistic and gives them an unfair advantage. if they want to repair they should need a support to patch them up, they should need to return to base to resupply. AA should shoot down a plane in moments if its hit center mass, LMG's hitting the wings and center mass should also do some modest damage to air craft. For heavy vehicles explosives and K rounds should do more damage, especially with direct hits. The most insane tho and unrealistic the horses, they take an absurd amount to drop.

Had a 45 minute Skype call with a producer. I explained a number of in-game issues pertaining to vehicles and general imbalance. My account went under heavy review. Long story short, all monitoring activities and history were cleared. I'm pretty sure I'm whitelisted at this point as a legit player, but that's total speculation on my part.
