Erektor kills people all the time at garmoth and I don't think he's ever been banned for it. However, Erektor also doesn't harass people and chase them across servers that I've ever seen or heard. He just randomly kills people. I don't think people should be banned for just open world pvp. Let the red players have their fun. I don't care. As long as it doesn't turn into harassment.

Yeah I had a guy on console follow me through 5 different servers one day and he just wouldn’t leave me alone. Thats annoying but dying at a world boss every now and again isn’t a big deal. Yeah it sucks but like you said it is what it is.

I know Im late to the video, but yeah we are dealing with someone in the same situation on NA servers, and yes , we dont report the mass slaughter, we report for harassment when they follow us from server to server. Yes there are work arounds to not dying, but it's other people besides me, so, others are getting repeatedly killed from server to server from the same person.

Instead of people complaining about harassment claims they could complain about the karma system and server swapping enabling potential problems. Fix the problem not resort to harassing the community managers over someone killing you over some petty shit because an actual griefer got banned because they were stalking a player cross server like an Elite Mob back in 2017.

As someone who grieves the loss of one sided decs, I never used it to harass other players. My whole motivation to gear up was open world pvp and to fight griefers. I run a small guild of players and before the changes to one sided decs, when people used to grief my members at their grind spots, I'd come over and rain lightning on them without being punished for doing so. That's when I had the most fun on bdo. Supporting my guild and fending off those trying to grief them. Now that's impossible. If I want to help my guildies out, I have to go red and be punished for it because no one accepts decs nowadays

What I am wondering, why are they testing Server Central Server Performance but still using hacked BDO Below minimum L.O.D. Graphics for the wars? Don't you want to have it on a preset so you can see how well the server renders it? It's counter productive. PA should force a minimum render and quality for such test otherwise the data is incomplete. This is coming from a former game developer.

As a red on console myself, we don't server hop looking for the same person repeatedly. Now, is that to say that we'll be at a grind spot, clear it out, hop servers, and see a person that was just there? Yea, and that's just unfortunate. But as far as hopping servers specifically for 1 or a group of people is in bad taste for us (on console anyway). But we'll absolutly go to bosses, and high end grind spots.

However, the Taiwanese server official changed the content of the 1:1 answer after the incident expanded. It is clearly stated that anyone who interferes with hunting will also be banned. L take on the boss griefing thing, he absolutely deserves a ban. No one deserves to be farmed even if it doesn't cost them anything. Especially when at a world boss where half these people most likely are new players and have no idea why they are dying, and using their Elion's tears so they can get the loot at the boss. Maybe if he does it one time he gets a firm warning, second time ban 100%. We want the community to grow, not have players quit for stupid reasons like this..
