Bro, Colorado is full of odd jobs. Apart from secret shopping, there’s ID Checking. Go into a gas station, ask for cigs, if they ask for an ID, give em a green card and dip. If they don’t ask, give them a red card and dip, without a word. Go into a restaurant and sit alone…order alcohol. Same thing, you don’t buy shit. The look on people’s faces when they fail to ask…never had so much power in my life before. Needless to say, quit after I started seeing liq spots shut down and restaurant bars close.

Smoking out in the designated smoke area minding my own with some friends we're all smoking. guy comes up says ok guys you can't smoke anymore after this We all say hey that's fine Suddenly dude comes back specifically being a cock bag to me and says HEY I told you to put it out Which we are all like nah you never said that so WTF man so he leaves.. comes up again and said that's it and just throws me out as if I was shooting up heroin kinda making a scene like trying to flex to everyone how heroic he was for throwing out a pot head.. It was oil changes and bowling alleys when I was in there. I think it was USM&P. Being a young female, they always wanted me to dress up and talk to people. They sent me a costume lab coat and asked me to hand out prescriptions of Tag. Then they sent a fake looking cop hat and asked me to wear matching blue to pass out tix of Axe samples. I wanted to serve food with coupons, but was told those jobs were for elderly women. I did a lot of display assembly, like for makeup or clothes. Lots of tabs and folding. Every single piece matters and some go missing, so u have to rig it up best u can and send a photo of it done. Within days, it looks like crap cause people paint polish over it and draw stuff on it. It’s not my fault the demographics are childish. I’m sure u know tho, since u were the follow up to the assembler.

Yeah, I ended up banned from several places. I was wild back in the day. By the time I was 25 or so I ended up banned from several bodegas for fighting or theft, Kmart for theft (they said all Kmart locations, but only the one ever stopped me), a couple of check cashing joints for passing bad checks, a burger shop cause I pulled a gun on a guy I thought was reaching for his (didn't call the cops though), several different train companies cause I used to train hop which is considered trespassing, a McDonald's in Tallahassee for beating a neoNazi, countless places for protesting/demonstrating (some I didn't find out about for years, some I probably never found out about), I'm probably forgetting something but that's what I got off the top of the dome. For a little context, I grew up in the streets gang bangin, worked for dboys when I was young and then started robbing ones from other neighborhoods, developed a bad addiction to opiates and booze young, started hopping trains and doing some hitching around the country in my teens sleeping rough, camping, breaking into abandoned buildings to squat unless I was in an area that I knew people in, and I've been an activist more of my life than not and pretty much all that puts ya in lots of situations that could get ya banned - minimum lol

They shouldn’t get so hung up about it lol. Tobacco, beer, pop, so on, these companies fight over display and POG locations. Your bulk cost for product is often times directly contractually tied with compliance with POGs and display locations. If you don’t have the product displayed how and where they want it they will up the cost to you so much that it’s not even worth carrying it anymore, and these brands are so big that they will combined be 30%+ of your sales, and worse, often a single parent company will own 20+ of them.

A secret shopper works for an agency that reports to manufactures if the store is holding up their end of the contract & displaying their product correctly. They had a small radio they could use to have an employee stop a person they saw shop lifting from leaving the store. So if you ever feel like someone is following you, they are.

Almost everywhere secret shops are $5 to $8 max for $20 worth of effort. The $20 to $50 ones expect you to put in $500 worth of effort & time. Then another $200 to $300 worth of effort & time to write up the report. Secret shoppers just isn't worth it anymore. You literally end up spending more money then you make. It's scam city now-a-days. There was a time when you could make a few extra bucks, but like most good things, that is back in another generations time not ours. 😂😢
