the easiest way to tell if someone's faking tourettes is by when the tics occur with real tourettes, tics manifest basically whenever, including when you're in the middle of talking, it doesn't patiently wait for you to finish what you're doing you'll notice with all the fakers that they effortlessly talk normally and never have tics interrupt them, it's always after they're done talking or when there's silence that they do it there's varying degrees of severity, so some people can resist the urges but it's incredibly taxing to do so virtually no one does it in casual conversation also the fact she's doing the cliche "cute" pops and whistles that every single faker does because they want attention
