Transporting Cannabis across State lines could result in Federal criminal prosecution yet people believe they have no responsibility, only individual rights on Cruise ships? . Just because you pay to "travel" does not give you rights to do whatever, whenever, however, you want. Privileges can be removed at any time just as they can change or be adjusted. Safety is critical at Sea, in the Air and in the United States and other "land" areas, it is expected through many laws and provisions. Safety for all is critical.
