Isn't the first rule of acting never to look into the camera? Yet, any time the "Banner" character is talking for more than a few seconds, he's looking right into the camera.

Consistent makeup for the "Hulk". Especially his feet. The McGee character gets his paper to pay for him to travel all over, bur not for a show?? Cheap papers. Also, no one says, "I'm an investigative reporter". You just say you're a reporter.

I get you're no-budget. I've worked with no-budget films. Run & gun stuff. But come on. Banner asks, "What's going on?" when he encounters a bunch of people with guns that have tied up his friends and then has a smart-ass answer when he is recognized?? "Not my scene"??? He needs a new writer. Bullets don't flash when they hit a target...they flash out of the muzzle...because of gunpowder..? It's not a grenade and I'm pretty sure they aren't explosive bullets. Also, why does your "Hulk" have a goatee? He runs like he has a load in his pants.
