@ProjectSupreme, the reason you cannot mute them or punish them is because they are using a Macro, wich lets them remember how to do certain actions they've already done, bypassing admin commands EDIT: I keep on getting tons of copium on my replies just saying they are using scripts, I KNOW, i just didnt think of it at the time but thanks to the people that told me about the scripts, also tysm for my first top comment! ( ever )

Macros record inputs and replays them into output. That won't bypass it. The reason they work is because HD Admin doesn't defend against the remote event which gets called when you type. They are using exploits.

as a former exploiter, the reason why is because they dont type it, the bot does because a RemoteEvent is being fired through the exploit's LocalScript. the only way to mute them with it is using a remote event that connects to clients so it locally deletes scripts that arent meant to be there. or kicking them.

You could delete the booths with Building Tools that the scammers have so the people getting scammed can't donate at all to them. No matter how much this man trys, he always finds a way to get rid of those scammers.

The mute command doesn’t work on bots because the mute commands remove the roblox chat gui in the player model, but the bots use something different to type. With remote coding and exploits

im pretty sure the reason you cant mute them is since the script theyre using uses the event to run chat commands, making it so they dont even have to type or anything it just runs code that can go around 3rd party admin.

The reason you can’t mute the bots is because when you mute someone they can’t access the chat but the bot don’t just type in the chat like players ofc because they aren’t players so all the things they do is made using codes and scripts so when you mute them it doesn’t affect them since the way they talk is by code so that’s why they can talk when muted and also the reason their avatar in pls donate is different from their real avatar is because If you type /catalog in pls donate you get teleported to catalog avatar creator and you can change your avatar there and then you can type: /pls donate and you get teleported back to pls donate but you keep your avatar in avatar creator so yeah.
