As a Thai, I’m so happy you’re still posting this video! I love when people share our food!! Khai Jiao/Jeow is a good beginner dish for a lot of people! Besides that, I’d recommend adding shallots, shrimp, or (if you can get your hands on it) Ja/Cha Om (I believe it’s called Acacia Leaves)! It has a funky fragrance to it and it would be interesting to see you try it! My family makes it usually with fish sauce and shallots, and of course some Thai chili (we love our spicy food). And to give you credit, the heat was just right! High heat is what gives the egg fluffy and crispy texture! Hope you try it again. ^^
