no itw wrong humanly not possible to study after just class 8 to 5 no way i study 14hours a day but this is not possibl eu have to sleep 2 times a day 5 hour at night 2-3 hour at4pm to 7pm max

He probably has more experience than your age. It doesn't matter if you are studying for 14 hrs, there is no certainty that you will do good in JEE. As he said, our brain gets used to feeling sleepy during that time if you sleep on a daily basis which will harm your productivity during that time in the actual paper!
