That's great you have command on very imp units. If you are targeting 2020 exam then try to do genetics, Development biology And after that also you have time go for cell biology or molecular biology

Yes you can as these are the unit from which more questions are in paper. If you are able to solve questions then you can easily qualify

If you are able to score nearly 120 marks in pyq then you are going good , if not then revise more and more and solve more questions of that unit
