It can be a blue screen of death if u are able to get ahold of ur pc what u wanna do before the trojan strikes in again disable ur internet so it does not affect other devices then press ctrl on ur pc what will open a progam called run then but in the type box mrt it will open an app do a quick scan then the bluescreen of death will be deleted i hope it helped (pls like)
