Frequency, T-CTCS (13), SFT-D (25), OFFSET (26), that's all you need to set.

@@ShortLivedSaint try a HAM repeater, just to see if you can hit it. Try 444.075, the T-CTCS is 103.5, SFT-D is +, and the OFFSET is 005.000.
