All academic documents obtained from your high school or a nationally-recognized exam body. So that will be your transcripts and Diploma. You may also want to certify your yearly report sheets if you are using those in place of transcript

I was studying with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering at a University in Egypt, but I've submitted a transfer request to a University outside Egypt in Turkey, and the transfer request was accepted, so could help me find organizations or individuals to finance my studies with fully funded financial need scholarship!

Unfortunately I currently don't know of any organisations that fund ttansfer students. But I know Turkiye Burslari has a scholarship program for international students that are studying in Turkey on their own. I think Turkiye Burslari supports those students with some monthly stipend. I don't know exactly how much it is

No, the scholarship covers it. It takes roughly 2 weeks to get an appointment for your residence permit C1 is the final level of the Turkish language course Yes all beneficiaries must take the language course up to the C1 level
