1) Dampen Rag (Wet rag, then wring off excess water.), put under your cutting board. 2) Do 1st slice of Sweet Potatoes or Carrots, or others. Then put the root vegetable down, flat on the side where you just sliced off a piece. Then cut safely. 3) If you have Mung bean or Munggo. Take about half a Cup. Rinse. Put in big Bowl and add lots of water. Leave for a day. You have Sprouts. Waiting for your next Vlog. Have fun and Stay safe.
