That’s part of the meaning. Yes hanging for/with the hoes, killers and criminals but also it’s because Jesus hung out with a prostitute Luke 7:36-50 and also refers to Luke 23:32-55 with killers and criminals. They did an amazing job with the lyrics on this fr!!
