Bar Bending Work | Safety Animation

Have you operated the bar bending machine before?
If not, then you should first get used to it. You should understand the machine, and its operation, before you actually start using it. Get familiar with the functioning of the machine.
Because the workpiece can be extremely thick and strong, you need to understand the variables and learn how to work with them. First, consider the material’s chemical composition, its surface and edge condition, as well as its thickness, and determine whether the bend is with or across the material’s grain direction.
Also, manual bar bending involves strenuous physical activity, which is usually performed in a poor ergonomic environment at a construction worksite.
