Before they were known as YOX they use be just known as JL and Lyricks. JL use to collaborate a lot with a rapper called Manifest and there music is brilliant. If you can track it down check out JL's albums Guaranteed Raw and Pull.Haul.Junkies. both are great albums that feature regular collars from Manifest and Lyricks. Had this been a normal cypher, yeah maybe Alien Fam won, but the fact that this is a 2v2 Bar Fight, YOX's performance all round was just better to me. Alien Fam made it feel like a 1v1v2 because they didn't rap like they were on the same team.
