@@KaaneDragonShinobi Gordon Ramsay never uses a second opinion when it comes to KN or even HH, Jon Taffer slammed him for being inefficient at one point and he's right, the reason why GR has only 20% success rate in both KN and HH is because of his inefficient ways of doing the whole thing, like tasting the food himself before going in the walk-in (that's why GR had bathroom issues and often went to the hospital to get treated for his stomach ulcers). He may not say it, but his attitude says it all, especially when he insults others and then goes "unbelievable" when he gets insulted back.

Explains why they're failing: Can't take advice or criticism and won't listen. That's the sucky part about customer service-heavy businesses they don't wanna hear: it's about the customers, NOT you. If you don't please the customers (or help them find something they like to keep them coming back), you don't have a business. So many of these owners have a fantasy in their heads about how it's supposed to work out, but reality hasn't played along.

It’s all dependent on your personal flavor pallete. If you normally use lots of seasoning then just old bay is gonna be bland to you.
