So it doesn't use sprial coil as the main source? It looks like it uses staight pre cut bars. I can only imagine how much waste of tails there will be.😥

It shows the pieces being bent and dropped. No operator grabbing the pieces from the shear itself like we do at our facility. We have the same model. Works amazing minus being right up close and personal. Just be careful I’m guessing.

Whoever is in charge of production should also take int account what goes to auto benders and what goes to table benders. That should minimize scrap.

We use 60 foot bars for everything but 3's almost never have that issue. But I also see y your point could would be sweet too lol

@@LiL_doge8 should be able to do it. I think they have plastic pulling wheels for epoxy, atleast that's what the manual for the barwiser I ran said.

We use orange plastic wheels on ours but depending how good the coating is it will crack with those small radius bend
