My words:
An Indian film (1) includes all audio and video elements. The "Work For Hire" clause (2) makes it clear that the work done by anyone hired by the producer(s) for the film (actors/actresses, scriptwriters,
choreographers, music composers, lyricists, singers, etc.) belongs to the producer(s) and becomes a part of the film copyright. Film copyright in India (3) lasts for sixty years and any film and its songs released more than sixty years ago is in the public domain. No extensions, no renewals, no exceptions. This video is no longer protected by copyright.

On Wikipedia, it is written that Minoo Mumtaz made her debut in the film Ghar Ghar Mein Diwali (1955), and this is her second film.

As you know, both films were released the same year. And IMBD lists this one as first. Neither source can be considered authoritative, though. In an interview with her I recently read, she herself says, "“My first film was Sakhi Hatim (1955) with Daljit and Chitra. In this film I did not have any dance." And that film isn't in any list of her films, as far as I know. She also says, "My first dance was in the film Miss Coca Cola". That's also a 1955 film. If she's in it, she must be uncredited.
