I ate at this place in a regular basis. This lady seriously cooks some killer Baras. literally the best food joint ive seen in the whole world. If youre curious where this place is, it's in an alleyway between taumadhi square (nyatapola square) that leads behind the Nyatapola temple, closer to durbar square area. or literally ask anyone in bhaktapur where Guruma's Bara is. =)

Amazing, this video inspired me to learn about Bara and how to cook them so I learnt from a Nepali KZbin recipe 'Yummy Food World'. I surprised some of the Gurkhas at work as some hadn't heard of them so it was really funny for a gora to be able to cook food from Nepal even though I'm British.
