This is your campaign ad. Don't waste your time bashing and/or even responding to the other guy. This kind of positive message is energizing.

The single best political ad I've ever seen. There was zero negativity towards anybody, rather, positivity towards every American. Mitt Romney's speeches often revolve around negativity towards Obama, yet Obama has risen above him, and delivered this speech with only positive, powerful words. It's clear who is the more responsible, mature candidate. Obama 2012

I'm politically neutral, but I admire the cinematography and precision in the making of this video, the words are also different from the usual format of how politicians run against their opposition. Intriguing. -Asare

I would like to see this ad broadly played everywhere--Love the positive tone. For the first time ever, I gave money to a presidential campaign today--so I hope my few bucks are used for something like this.

When Obama speaks I always feel inspired and encouraged, when Romney belts out a few lines I feel like I'm being complained to, yelled at or lied to.

Please flood the POSITIVE videos out instead of the negative attack ads. Uplifting positive energy will always prevail. I want to continue to move forward based on the hope platform. I'm tired of the bickering. It gets us NOWHERE.

There are lots of ways to get help with paying for college. My son, who graduated from college this year, had at least half a dozen need-based scholarships/loans. Also, with the Affordable Care Act, you can stay on a parent's plan until you turn 26. So you shouldn't need to pay for you own policy. In short, I wouldn't give up. Keep asking questions; you'll eventually hear the answers you want.
@konichiwatanabi
@konichiwatanabi 12 жыл бұрын
What college requires you to have health insurance? At my institution, you either accept or waive school provided health care. And if you waive the optional health care, you stay on your parent's until you're 26. The optional health care here is roughly $300 for the year and it rolls through the summer until you have to opt-in or waive again. I'm not trying to cut you down, but if an additional $300 breaks your budget after books, tuition, housing and food, then....I don't know what to tell you.

1. He is not raising taxes, he is just ending tax cuts that have not worked in over 10 years. Maybe you think the rich are too good to pay taxes, but I think after what they have done to this country not only should their tax cuts end, they should pay more till the debt is paid off. 2. SSA & Medicare/Medicaid should be off limits to Congress or private companies for profit. I did not pay into it so some fat cat can get a big bonus check.

This scares the heck out of me. Whenever I hear him say that he wants to finish what he started I get a sinking feeling in my stomach. I don't want to see America brought to her knees, I want to see America restored to a force for good. Free markets have provide more opportunity for people than any system in history.

The problem is not health insurance, it's the cost of education. Health insurance is in most developed countries. The happiest countries in the world all have it. The difference is that you pay $30k a year for a worthless college degree when we only pay between $0 and $3k per year for university.

Ron Paul gets ignored because people are afraid of doing what is necessary to balance the budget and ensure this nation is still intact for generations to come. Most voters are very, very short sighted and don't want to be troubled with a looming economic disaster that is still years away. They'd rather deal with that once it's too late.

Mr. President - please, use THIS as your campaign ad. You can win on your strengths alone. Let the other guys show their own weaknesses - they do it every time they open their mouths. Obama 2012!!!

Forget just voting for the President - what we really need is to get 60 senators for him to work with and a majority in the house, or we will have 4 more years of disappointment. Presidents do not stand alone, and today's "loyal opposition" is the most divisive, intransigent, uncompromising bunch I have witnessed in my 50 years. They have got to go so the President has a chance. This nation must do SOMETHING. We know we do not want it to do as Romney/Ryan wishes, so the task is clear!

Ron Paul is ignored for the same reason that at every family gathering, there is almost invariably one uncle that seems to end up sitting by himself in a corner during the festivities...everyone knows there's something a little weird about this particular uncle,and they tend to avoid him.

Think about it this way....if your household had to support five other families because they could not afford it, but you could because you have a good job, eventually, the money would run out. That is what is happening to out country. If we don't make some serious budget cuts and raise taxes, then the entire country will go bankrupt.

Aren't you eligible for FAFSA? If you are really serious about going to school than you should do it by all means necessary. Also, when did he say that you had to purchase health care to attend college? I think you purchase health care to avoid getting taxed. The president's plan isn't perfect but it is consistent with what he originally promised. Gov. Romney's plan and promises keep changing.

We have so much mud in politics that it is very hard to see any of the candidates, only the mud. We have a leader with a vision for America who is inspiring people to work together and he is making a difference in Washington. This video provides a glimpse of what "Hope and Change" is all about. We still have a ways to go! Too bad so many people cannot see this. I think too much mud is part of the reason, but I can think of at least two more major reasons.

I voted for Obama last election because I loved what he stood for in his speeches. I've lost track how many times I was disappointed when Obama didn't do what he said he would. I'm at the point that all I care about is our troops overseas. The troops have spoken, on KZbin and through political donations. I support our troops and our troops support Ron Paul. Help bring out troops home!

This is an extremely inspiring and skilled speech filled with empty promises. Did cancer victims not get treated before? Are all cancer victims going to be saved if we re-elect him? We've had some great leaders, but Obama is by far the best president we've had since FDR... Look at his accomplishments over just 4 years... even in the most difficult of circumstances, this man had helped us do what no president has been able to do: first major health care reform in history after a century of failed attempts, more for women than any administration since women's suffrage, he's the only president to look after America's LGBT community, ever! President Obama is the leader we need!

Pell Grants are great, so is welfare, when it is actually USED PROPERLY. My Father makes over $250,000 and the Government still gives me Pell Grant money. I don't deserve it but will still take it. How many more students like me receive this free money who don't need it. It is being given to us FOR OUR VOTE. Our government does not have the money to be giving it out like that, so it does need TO BE CUT.

Truth is: Republicans want to cut student loans and raise interest rates. Truth is, I work full time and go to school online full time and I cannot even afford books for my classes this semester as is while I wait for my loans to go through.
