BARADICHO KHURIS - Holy Cross of Baradi Betul
This Cross is on top of a small hill in Betul approx. 21 Km from Margao. The name Barade Santa Cruz is derived from the word "BARAZAN" which means the "AREA", the traditional origin of the twelve groups. Close to the cross is a sizeable Chappell. The Cross can be accessed by Road on one side and Stone Steps on the other side. As a tradition, devotees circle the Cross thrice to offer their prayers. The feast of the miraculous Cross is celebrated on 3rd of May every year. This little shrine is garlanded with flowered and filled with wax from the numerous votive candles placed there by believers. In the evenings, one often comes across groups of faithful devoutly singing litanies. A fine panoramic view can be seen from this place which includes the Sun setting, the mouth of River SAL, Cutbona fishing Jetty and the beautiful coastline. A complete past history of this miraculous cross a well composition and sang by Normandez. This song was recorded in USA Houston TX, and the music was given by Mike Conde Latin musician. An audio lbum was released on 24th April, 2008 and in responses sold-out thousands of copies which became best album of the year.

Thanks for ths lovely song.God is great.God does wonders in our life.We must thank him n praise him always for all his blessings. Some one is cheating us . My father in laws property.
