@@Thomas-fz9xwSuper fun mech. I totally recommend it and can really get some work done. I use the PIR-1 variant but in the energy hard points I use 3 flamers. They really help when you have another light mech chasing you down, so many just blow them selves up it never gets boring. Just remember its a late game mech. Go for singled out mechs or take advantage of the confusion in brawls. Also never stop moving and make sure you are not the only target, that means death or in my case a missing leg lol.

@@agrimad5064 Rather good idea to put in some Flamers for the extra slots. I've been using a similar idea for my Commando for annoying people. Would you say the MG variant is better than the energy version?

Steven Seagal would be proud of your title :D This was actually a lot of fun to watch. Your narc needs some work but to be honest you're still far better at using them than me :D I thought things might have ended badly for you in that first game. You took a lot of damage early and I wasn't sure you were going to be able to disengage. I should never have doubted you. The poor piranha couldn't help you unfortunately although they did scare the phoenix hawk off the first time. Until the hawk realised the piranha was no threat. This was definitely an interesting build to watch in action and as I said above, a lot of fun :D Thanks for the games Bara :D

Iirc if you target a teammate it tells you their loadout, it's not bound by default so most people don't use that function (me included)

Mediums and lights are the optimal LRM platforms too, the big bois should only carry LRMs as long range backup, not boat it like so many do. Most of the time they're a waste of armor and tonnage just sitting back throwing missiles, last to die having done NOTHING to help their team. Sometimes it works, but LRMs are SO easily countered by having 2-3 ECM/AMS boat teammates (Corsair anyone?).

@@pneumaticslap3344 I'm well aware of this is why I always find it funny that people want to Nerf LRMs for whatever reason. They have hard counters and they not that hard to avoid. The best way to use LRMs is aggressively. Stick with your Brawlers and direct fire keep the rear fire over their heads and stick with the team. If you're doing it right you're spreading the armour of the stuff the direct fire is shooting making it easier for them to destroy those mechs. You should also be making it more difficult for the enemy team to move around the map without getting targeted limiting their movement options

yeah man most ppl dont want to use comms nowadays because they dont like being told what to do, and they destroy generators in the beginning of the match but theres no way to tell them its wrong and take away our chances of saving the match if the enemy drop their counter at around 25 seconds in midgame.

I looked at it awhile ago, and it's missing something compared to the similar Trebuchet self-NARCer: no quirk for increased NARC duration. It has more firepower, but it also has to expose itself more often and doesn't have JJs to poptart-NARC. I'd much rather fight one of these than the typical SRM-boat Arctic.

Your overheating issue (as well as your NARC aiming issue) is precisely why I run a similar build, but with arms locked, dual LRM-10s, a NARC, and quad HSLasers. I can run in, plug something with the heavies and NARC, then run away, turn, and LRM. Rinse, and repeat. Hit and fade.

Looks fun to play. It's a nice take compared to all the SRM ACWs. Only issue with NARC is it can be intercepted by AMS. So don't use on a KFX-C or COR-7A.

If you refuse to fight because you're capping and your allies are begging for help, you're a scrub. Period. Baradul calling for help and the Piranha pilot just hiding should've net that guy a TK timeout.
