So Bara, got another build idea for you, Bushwacker 2P with 4x ER Meds, an LBX-20, 3 tons of ammo, and a STD 275. Strip the left arm, apply Ferro, Endo, Double Heatsinks, put the LBX-20 on the right Torso, and make your left side completely redundant thanks to the STD engine. The Best Shield Arm is a Bushwacker’s left flank, put those crazy hit boxes to good use with a right side Biased mech carrying a STD engine. The ER Meds and LBX-20 sync up beautifully in both range & cooldown, the STD 275 scores you 81 KPH top end, and the combination of a right biased mech with a redundant left side means that you can twist and shoot; shielding your CT & RT with the LT while your weapons are on cool down, then just twist and alpha when they’re ready to go.

You can do 4 SRM4 + SPL + MGs. It's great fun. I love this mech.

@XiphiasX10A Here's a full breakdown of the build... 1. 4 SRM 4 with 4t of ammo 2. 1 SPL 3. 3 MGs with 1t of ammo 4. 1JJ 5. XL 280 6. Drop leg armour by 5 points so you'll have around 40 on both and head armour by 14 point which will put that down to around 4 points but you won't get headshotted anyway. Oh, yeah, go Ferro and Endo-steel with only 1 DHS extra in the engine.

i run mine with 3 machine guns as well i think they give it a little edge over the assasin

I think its cool when you play mechs from BTech in MWO. Though obviously some builds work in one that don't work in the other....:P

I love this Mech, but at 900 Dmg. you start to run out of ammo.

With medium mechs I tend to compare them with my favorite mech the ShadowCat with 4 artemis SRM 6. What I am not seeing here is what this mech has over that. I'm just missing the role this is supposed to cover over that.. Currently I am running a 3 srm 6 artemis and 2 er small lasers with ecm. Its only 101 kph but with masc I consider it more maneuverable and can equal the speed of this build when needed.

alenvire that is hands down a faster mech. The shadow cat is basically an airplane with jump jet quirks.

The first game coulda been easily won setting up a reverse slope fireing line to receive their rotation. Too bad everyone is afraid of getting their camo scratched

This build is effectively a clone of the Assassin-21, which has better hitboxes. IMO it's best to make use of the Bloodlust's ballistic hardpoints by knocking the engine rating down a little and sacrificing a jump jet to get some machine guns; that way you differentiate it from the Assassin by trading a small amount of mobility for component critting power. Either way it's a strong build.
