Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bus Terminal at Baramunda in Bhubaneswar.This newly built bus terminal under the 5T initiative,BSABT Baramunda formerly known as Baramunda Bus Stand over 15.5 acres, is a very busy bus terminus in Odisha.Everyday hundreds of buses & thousands passengers travel from here to different parts of the state & outside of the state. To address the issue face by the passengers,the chief minister ordered the transformation of the Baramunda bus stand.ISBT Baramunda is a hi-tech bus stand in Bhubaneswar. It has all the facilities from a first aid centre to commercial complex, escalator, lift, auditorium, police out post, drivers' rest room,Aahar kendra, Millet cafe, food court etc. Passengers can avail airport like facilities here.😊

But its equally difficult to manage, maintain and to keep it neat and tidy in future... unless efficient and private companies are given to manage it. If its is going to be managed by state Govenment employees... GOOD LUCK!! Apart from this for general public, impose EXTREMELY HEAVY fine for spitting, throwing trash etc as it is for Delhi Metro.
