I've educated myself on Jamaican history, news and politics, as well as politics here in the USA. And let me tell you, this woman right here, is spot on. A few years ago, I had an argument with a Jamaican woman about the negative effects of US influence on Jamaica's culture, people and economics. She told me I was wrong and concluded that I should not have an opinion because, in her words, "but you're not even Jamaican." True, I am American as is my father and I'm proud of that, BUT, I will always claim Jamaican heritage and culture and it's so sad that I, a so-called non-Jamaican, cares more about the future and integrity of Jamaica and her people, than that woman and the people who have been called to lead Jamaica into the future.

First of all she has increase the age of retirement so that mean people are retiring at an later age and is because Barbados does not have the money to pay early retirees, second, the government has taken money to secure loans and will not get it back, thirdly bajan debt is one of the highest in the world and the cost of living is one of the highest in the world which is 155% higher than america and jamaica. I am Jamaican and I have total respect for this true warrior woman! Why the heck is Jamaica still in the British Commonwealth????? Still slaves while this warrior has freed her people!!! Love you ❤❤❤❤

Clearly asking the question why Jamaica still under British show u don’t understand more importantly see where Jamaica at. Being under the British don’t stop the killing and corruption on the island. It’s the own Jamaican people and prime minister being down the country so before asking questions why Jamaica still under British ask questions. What can you do to make Jamaican and Jamaica be better ???
@simonebennett33675 ай бұрын
Jamaica politicians are corrupt. I as Jamaican do not trust them. Hence we stay with colonizers. They know the people do not trust them.

This what a true leader sounds like a woman from the Caribbean those nations that have had independence for over hundreds of years still stumbling & bumbling around well said

I love this woman, I listen to every time she talks and I love what she has to say, she speaks truth to those who want to listen. I would love for her to govern all the Caribbean islands. Allow all the Caribbean islands to be in leadership for themselves, but also have PM Motley as an overseer.
