Barbara is truly one of the best singer/songwriters on this planet and I feel proud to call her a friend - I'm thinking of making it up to Chico this week to see her perform

Well your science teacher was one of the coolest most under-groundest people recording great original music in the 1990s. She deserved much more attention. She’s got a lot going on so she’s probably a great teacher.

Yeah - she's got an excellent voice. I first met her back in 80s when she played with a band called 28th Day. They had a great sound and would play house gigs and clubs around Chico. I would always tell her -- "you gotta turn your mic up!" Awesome she's becoming a bio teacher. I wondered what she was up to. Thanks!

My brother is actual Barbra's student at high school. She teaches earth science

So this is weird. I go to CSU Chico and am currently getting my degree to become a teacher. One of my fellow students in one of my Education training classes is Barbara Manning and I just recently found out about her music career. She has a great voice and if you wanted to know is working to become a high school biology teacher. Now excuse me I have to recover from the shock of just finding this out.
