She is from Hungary, like me. I think it's a typical approach from my homeland to keep skincare simple. I learned from my mum to wash my face with cold water, be gentle with my skin, let it breathe, moisturise. Most importantly eat well and drink enough. And as Barbi says: drink milk! 🙂 That's it! All my female relatives had good skin. It could be genetics, the routine or a combination of those. Will never know as I live by those rules. I am 44 and get a lot of remarks on my good skin.
