Knowledge is still king! Bible my people parish from lack of knowledge! Its what you do with it is key? Start your own buisness ect School is knowledge. I use EVERYTHING at least once or twice that i learned growing up but at the time of learning it thought unuseful and wish i had a learned MORE so i wouldnt have to pay others for certain tasks

That's not fair. I'm guessing she knew that. But it's difficult to start a business that will be able to support workers without capitol. And anyone with a PhD and MBA are probably slaves to their college loans. No matter how many scholarships they were fortunate enough to be awarded. I'm sure you'll say they never should have gotten the paper anyway, but their "training" may have been a good foundation to apply for later.

inga that a valid point, but look at our condition now as a result of all ways looking for jobs all the time ...... NO FORMIDABLE ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE .... LOTS F BLK WITH DEGREES! BUT WE ARE LOOKING AT THE FINAL COST OF IT ALL NOW... MORE DOWNSIZING WITH CORPORATE AMERICA AND WE ARE FIRST OUT THE DOOR ... You just have to get the right kind of degree. If you get a bsn degree you won’t have a problem finding a nursing job even if you are purple. However PHD or MBA jobs require connections and even if you get the job in a bad economy you could easily lose it. Also in cities like Atlanta and Washington blacks play the job connection game also. ANY racial group in power will favor their group over others.
