Yes I wish I hadn't lived back then and if I was from Germany I would have joined the SS and went into these concentration camps and I would sneak food and other things to the prisoners at least until I got fired. And I could never select the people that are going to die and the people that are going to live I would actually quit before I would do that. And then there are other stories that just infuriates anyone with a conscience like throwing children up while the other guards would shoot at them. Or simply grabbing a crying baby from his mother's arms and bashing it against the wall I don't even like to talk about this last one but it needs to be said so we never forget some of the babies were actually thrown alive into fires. Very sad very embarrassing as a human being.
