Fantastic and informative guide! I wish the game came with a little card for the terminology, as there are a lot of 'functions' you are expected to memorize on top of learning the game. For anyone reading this, you might find this little memo helpful: Draw: Draw top card from Deck and place into your Hand. Recruit: Take top card from the War Zone and move to your Discard. Play: Choose a card from your Hand to send to the Play Area. Deploy: Take from the Play Area and place in the Front Line. Discard: Take from your Hand and move to your Discard Pile. Forfeit: Take from your Play Area / Front Line and move to your Discard Pile. Exhaust: Turn a card in your Front Line sideways (horizontal). Scrap: Remove card from game entirely.

Thanks! Helped me a lot! Just one question what does it mean when a card is exhausted? Can you not play it during that turn?

netsfan101 When a card is exhausted, it is turned on its side. The only thing you can't do with exhausted cards is use their abilities that require you to exhaust them (because they already are), otherwise you may use other abilities on the card Remember, if it's in your play zone- only refer to the white box If it's in your front line, only refer to the yellow box

Where can I find the Alternative art version of this game. I love playing it, and want to bring it to work, but I cannot with how the art is.

K Katherine You can find them on online stores such as coolstuffinc.com or miniaturemarket.com just to name a few. They also bring a bunch to conventions if you ever happen to cross paths. Not sure if your local game store would have them, but they're easier to find online (and can be found cheaper)
