Well done nice fish. One bit of advice, you need to sit closer to your rods.

Enjoyed the vid you do faff on a bit though but nobody's perfect. Good tip for all barbel and chub anglers use thin long nosed pliers to unhook much better than forceps. I always use barb less but pliers are handy. 👍👍👍🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟

Lovely fish pal. I'm very new to barbel fishing. Q might sound daft but how do u scald your pellets yours look perfect. Mine never turn out like them
@barbelmadmadden63513 жыл бұрын
I use about a quarter of a cup of hot kettle water. Pour over the pellets. Put the lid on the tub give a good shake. To equally wet the pellet. If they look to wet I add some more pellet. Practice makes perfect tight lines

Just put the butt of your rod on the ground (on a foam pad if you don’t want it scratched)

The fish was resting

you always let barbel recover before you put them back, so he did the right thing to let the fish rest

should ban using 2 rods .
@ryanturner95093 жыл бұрын
I'd like to see a few more things banned based on this like fishing tight to a snag with two rods then wandering off to sit down so the fish has more chance of tethering itself to a free whilst you stomp through the gravel to get to your rod. not to mention wandering off along the river leaving rod 2 even further from your reach! I really could go on all night but I must try to forget and unsee this tragic display of idiocracy! the keef lemon barbull angulling skoowell of fishering.
